Dension firmware?

Hi guys,

I have just installed the Dension Ice link plus into the rcd 300 HU, all was working well except the sound is only coming out of the left hand speakers, I didn't realise this was happening as I sat in the passenger seat to fit it. It's a decent sound, just nothing is coming from the Right speakers.

I have tried to find a balance switch on the iPod, no luck there. Head unit balance is perfect.

Do I need to update the firm ware or flash the dension? (I've been reading about this online but no idea what it is or how to do it)

Is there anything really obvious that I'm missing? It's a multi plug unit so I doubt a wire has come loose in the plug.

Hi guys, I'm having 1 last shot at this problem before I give up forever. If this doesn't work ill take it out and try another angle, but I'd rather get this to work.

Does anyone know how I can update the firmware on a Denison ice link plus?  So it works correctly on an rcd500 (not the 300!).
