As above, pop brookesb32 (Simon) a PM. He does so many of these things I reckon he's going to give up work and do it full time!
It is easy to do yourself, just requires some patience and a very sharpe scalpel. C/F effect vinyl can be bought from eBay in all lengths and sizes, look for 3M Di-NOC.
From a post I did ages ago....Place the vinyl over the badge and give it some heat, ideally at least 85 degrees but no idea what heat that is when using a hair dryer (which is what i use) so until it's hot, carfully stretch all around the emblem, until it's flat on the surfaces all over with no creases anywhere. Add heat to the front surface and press into the gaps. With a scalpel/very sharpe knife make some slits (not right up to the edges) and add heat and push around the edges all over.
Personnally, l leave about 1/2 cm all round and heat this into place on the reverse to help stop shrinkage. Cut off excess and your done.
My old Mk5 3D handle, with rear part covered in red vinyl and the VW Emblem in Gloss Black vinyl. The VW emblem just comes away from the backing if your carful.
My old front one., also wrapped in Gloss vinyl...
