RNS510 and MFSW function help

fitted my RNS510 Verson H, but my MFD does not work with it now which i knew it woudnt :signLOL:, i fitted my cruise control and the vw specialist recoded that for me for £20, he tried to recode my RNS510 with my MFSW and MFD but failed, i mentioned unclicking the BAP box from the info i found from the site but he didnt seem to know what i was talking about, anyone with VCDS in the tamworth area that can help and how much!!!

Have you selected your display as Higline instead of Midline in the Navigation settings?

cudnt find nothing on the rns510 setting to change it, am I being dumb??

Navigation settings within VCDS possibly! Do any buttons work on the wheel e.g. Through any menus?

only through the mpg mate and fuel left in tank etc, and the setup when the cars not moving, nothing for the rns510, just the volume button and the button that was mute comes up with voice control options or something of that kind :-/ lol

I know there's a few people on here that can sort it but most are far away, if there is anyone local to the TAMWORTH area give me a shout. hoping to get the vcds in the next few weeks so if no joy have a play about then

You need to code the radio to broadcast not using the BAP protocol.

still not managed to get this sorted on my mfd and mfsw so if theres anyone in midlands/tamworth or maybe leicester area at a stretch that can help let me know  :wink:
