As per title.....

I placed an order 2 days ago for a Nilfisk washer and have not even had an order confirmation email. I an also unable to log into their site to check proceedings. I have reset my password incase that was an issue, but have not received their mail reset either ?

Defo put right email addressin, has the money left the account?  Give them a call.

Yup, correct email addy.

Tried ringing, nobody answered. Call message states initially that the line is only for new orders, and technical support only as well.

I will have to hang on a day or two I suppose, see what happens.

I had this exact problem, found the email in my spam eventually.

You beauty  !  Found it in bloody spam (always link mail from iPhone, so no spam in there)
It's on back order for next week, phew, relieved. It's not even for me

Cheers Andrew, that's good to hear !  I did see some dubious reviews about them, but it was mainly just communication/late delivery issues
