Mk5 Jetta important question..
« on: April 14, 2013, 01:37:35 pm »
I have a Mk5 jetta 2.0 tdi 140. It is a sport model, which is lower. But i've been told different lowering measurements by lot's of different people and also tried researching it, with no avail. So my question is, how much lower than a standard Jetta, is a sport model?? Thanks. I've been told 20mm, 35mm and 40mm. :s

It actually depends on the MY that the Jetta sport is - early ones dont have lowered suspension (but they are slightly upgrated) 2008 MY one do have a 15mm drop.

From fellow Jetta Sport owner - after lots of research as mine was running the wrong springs on the back (2008 on the back - 2007 on the front = reverse rake!)
