Boston Globe tweeted a controlled explosion/training drill some time before the explosion. RT reporting smoke on the metro

^^The MET are saying it's under review.

Apparently the third explosion was a controlled explosion and was at JFK library and 2 more devices have been found and are being dismantled, so this could have been alot worse
