Leather/Interlagos interior swap?

Hi guys im currently searching for a mk5 gti dsg with tartan interior. I keep finding plenty of cars with leather seats but i really dont want them. Is it possible to do a straight swap with the tartan cloth trim? Are the door cards the same? Im sure i could sell the leather on e-bay and get hold of some cloth to put in but just wanted to know if its possible before i buy a car with leathers. Cheers.

I think the doorcards are different iirc, but only by fabric used - the leather is well nice, ill take them off your hands :wink:

leather will be heated not that many cloth heated i know of i heated cloth out of 5 cloth i know of

You should be able to sell the seats pretty easily although, as mentioned above, finding heated cloth seats will be tough.

Yea heated cloth will be tough to source i think.

Billy what sort of £££'s will your mate be offering with his interior?

 By the way i still haven't found the right car yet though  :mad:
