Seems a prevalent issue on briskoda as well. Theres a VAG fix/revision out though from what i gather. Theres also the issues of oil starvation when cornering hard that causes turbos to blow. APR have a fix for that though I think.
So probably nt to expensive to pre-emp and fix. Those issues aside, the engine itself is a much better feat of engineering. Much better fueling, stronger internals much more responsive to tuning. You can use the money saved by not requiring a better HPFP to replace the cam belt tensioner!!
