Parrot Mki9200
« on: April 18, 2013, 10:28:14 pm »
Hi all I am looking at fitting my parrot mki9200 into my gti this weekend I received my SOT adapter this morning.
I am looking for some advise and hopefully pictures of where everyone has there screen/ adapters fitted.

Also where to wire the ingniton live for this that I keep seeing mentioned. As my mk4 golf was just plug in and go.

Thanks in advance
Andy

Plenty of you tube videos on this.

&feature=results_main

my 9100 screen is fitted below centre RH air vent, and above radio, the cable goes through corner of where the plastic covers meet.

I installed one of these a few month back... I took a feed off the cigar lighter for the ignition live.

I bought my 2008 with one installed by a previous owner..the screen is located above the right hand side air vent, and the remote is behind the drivers' window switches  :happy2:

It's just stuck on with the sticky pads you get with it and then there is a clip out panel just behind for the air vent. I have a spare so made a hole in that at the side and the wire goes down from
There. I also put the microphone in front of the speedo, well next to the fuel gauge. Works really well there. Switched live I got from the cig lighter.
