The boost could be blowing out the spark, maybe worth reducing the spark plug gap? 0.6mm may be worth a try

If its just under engine load it will be plugs. The coilpacks would misfire under any load if they were faulty. I had this issue and plugs fixed it. It would be worth fitting the latest revision pcv valve as a preventative measure too.

it will be your plugs (which you should replace if they've not been done in the last 10k miles) or, failing that, a dodgy coil pack (replace). I've had the problem twice (misfire when accelerating) first time it was plugs, second time a coil pack  :happy2:

This is why VW recommends a service interval of 40k miles for the spark plugs  :signLOL:

Get the plugs changed. I had a failed plug recently and didn't show up with a scan  :happy2:

Have you changed your plugs... I had this after 5k miles following a main dealer service where they were supposed to change plugs...

Plugs hadn't been changed... Probably original plugs... Fault reading found no faults... As plugs don't give gAults like a coil pack will...
