A3 BE OEM Brake Size

Guys,

I should know this really but thought I'd check with others who have superior brake knowledge to me  which is probably most users on the forum 

What size brakes do the A3 S-Line Black Edition 3door 2.0 TDI 170PS come with out the factory? Are they 288mm's or smaller?
I've got Hawk HPS pads on the front and they're very good, but want to know what I've got before I look at kit upgrades.

Can anyone confirm the size and which other VAG cars come with the same size kit?

I think the 170 will be 312mm, same size as the Golf GTI.
