DRL in front grills
« on: April 22, 2013, 06:29:31 pm »
Hi,

Does anyone know anything about those DRL that are available as replacement front grills for sale on the bay from China.
I have seen them on one car and they look really neat.

What are you thoughts?

Nick

Link to the eBay ones?

Few peeps on here have added DRL's. There are lots of different options and placements, all will require some wiring and coding and may even need some minor bodywork carrying out.

I know what you mean, had a childs kitchen from John Lewis for Christmas, when the box arrived with 'made in China' written on it I had my reservations.
We tried to assemble to kitchen Christmas Eve, to find sections scratched, hinges made wrong and quality was awful.....shame on you John Lewis!!

well im afraid to say that i think you would struggle to find things NOT made in china. its the hottest place for companies to manufacture at the moment! including apple products. It all depends on the particular companies quality control. obviously apple is one of the highest, if not THE highest quality control i can think of.

These look ok, if you get some and the quality is not good or you arent happy with them then you can always send them back! by law, you have 7 days from when you receive the item to decide if you want a refund or not.

Ive bought some things from the UK that are just higher priced than china but are exactly the same!
