full size spare wheel
« on: April 22, 2013, 06:03:24 pm »
hey guys

i am about to be switching my car from 15"s with a space saver spare wheel to 18"s and a have a full sized space wheel so was wondering if there is any way to store it in the car without taking up too much boot space, as it doesnt look like it will fit in the space saver slot

thanks

Where'd you get the 18"s from lol ;)

I have the same prob with mine mate, with a tyre and the actual alloy it takes up too much room and my boot liner don't sit right... I could cut out a circle but, I have my reservations... Anyone else know how to solve this? (drive home realllly slow then put the spare on haha!)

p.s - Dan send me a pic when they're on your motor  :happy2:

An 18" wheel will fit fine. You need one of these to fill up the area around it, then pop your liner back down and Bob's your mothers brother!

Or make one yourself (which is what I'd do)......
