only thing is that its DSG which i wanted to avoid due to potential costs and may not have had cam belt or water pump changed. has been serviced by a TVR specialist it seems.

How much would a DSG inspection and oil change likely to cost? Also, what are the cam belt and water pump change likely to cost?

I would be interested in main dealer and indy prices if anyone can share.

just been quoted £499 for belt and water pump and £179 for DSG oil change by my local VW garage. thats a lot of wonga!!!

trying some indies now...
