Tbh mate, if you want to do them both then I'd do them at the same time as you'll need an alignment after altering anything to do with the suspension!

Yeah, had looked at getting the WALK kit and mounts done in one, with possibly a rear ARB at a later date.

Might have to throw the springs or some coilovers in too then!
Cool matey, all good stuff! :congrats: You'll notice a difference trust me. One thing I would say is that if you do Polybush the car it will be a much harsher ride! :scared:

Thanks for the advice  :happy2:

Looks like i'm going to get coilovers first, then add the mounts at a later date and eventually a rear ARB.

Have you heard of anyone removing the centre exhaust silencer on their k1's? A mate of mine has a Clio 197 with the centre box removed and sounds just like a resonated milltek!

Here's hoping I win the lottery lol

Ahh, good man. I would've suggested you did the Coilovers first but you said something about not spending that much!  The two mods that I'd do first if I was doing it all again would be Coilovers then LSD, they totally transform the car. I'm running on the Bilstein B16's and I love them.

About the exhaust mate, sorry but I dint have a clue! :innocent:

Sits quite well like that!

Yeah, I hadn't planned on that, but I figure if I cut out the cost of the anti-lift kit, mounts and ARB, the difference in price wouldn't be that much!

Don't fit a milltek catback. Stock k1 backbox sounds much better. Just get a downpipe instead.

There's not much noise from the backbox as it, just a woosh as I change gear lol.

Would like some crackle and pops, but nothing over the top. That's why i was thinking of removing the centre box

I'll have a look at the downpipes.

Each to their own I suppose, personally I hated the sound of the Standard K1 exhaust.  :sad1:

I wouldn't say I hate it, there's just nothing to it, apart from the slight woosh you get lol

Not much to show at the minute. Bought some new tyres (michelin PS3's), new brake discs (Pagid) and i've ordered THS engine & gearbox mounts, revo lower engine mount & PCV fix along with superpro anti-lift bushes.

Will fire up a few pictures when that's all fitted.
