Get them done professionally , it makes sense in time and quality of finish

Yeah will do if your paying? To be honest I paid for them to be refurbed once and dont fancy paying again, besides I wouldnt mind learning and doing the odd bits

They will cost £300 to be done properly , you will never be able to reproduce the finish or duarbility of Professional finished ones . I have done them before years ago when money was tight and they don't last very long (18mths) and you then need to do them again . Suppose it depends on how long you are going to keep the car for . Poorly finished wheels will also show when you come to sell and that will put of the buyer (because what else have you cut corners on to save money) It also like having cheap tyres , shows the prospective buyer that money was an issue to the seller etc .

My advice is free too  :innocent:

I will be doing the splitter and mirrors too so thatl bump it up at even more. I agree with what your saying about the tyres though, I will probably be going for some new wheels in 6 or so months anyway, so if they last me that then great. It is something I lve wanted to give a go for a while so why not
