7P6 Bluetooth A2DP question
« on: May 06, 2013, 08:41:49 am »
I have a version ''C'' RNS510 (f/w 5218) and a 7P6 ''J'' bluetooth module, when streaming music via bluetooth the display on the RNS nav shows the track/artist name(s) that is currently playing or been selected, however the ''counter/ countdown'' bar stays at the start position (which indicates 0.00 on the left and the total tack time on the right e.g 4.59) and doesn't begin to countdown when the track plays like it would on CD/SD Card/MDI input modes.
Tried it on an Iphone and it works, yet not on Samsung Galaxy S3; 'VBR' sometimes appears (variable BIT rate) but i'm not sure if this is relative to the default media player on a Samsung handset apposed to  the one on an Iphone or maybe the iPhone used CBT. Anyone?

Any ideas on a workaround?
