I've found that the standard 312 discs with OEM pads and fresh OEM fluid is as good as everything but race pads like: Mintex 1144s / Ferrodo DS2500. I've tried DS performance pads and Tarox Strada... my result=save your money, no better than standard.
The drilled/dimpled/grooved discs look cool, but don't offer anything over the standard disc with the standard callys; buy them for aesthetics but not for a performance advantage.
Standard R32/S3/Cupra 345 discs and bigger calipers offer a noticeable upgrade in stopping power over the 312's, did for me.
Not tried NQSBBK, but I'd expect these to be better again, with a weight saving over the 345 disc setup... although, your walking down the line of £600+
If you have £130 as a budget, follow DaveB's recommendation and get some OEM kit (if they are low) and most importantly new OEM fluid carried out by someone who knows how to fully bleed the system with ABS purge. I've found a properly bled system with fresh fluid makes a world of difference.
