Scratches on window removal

Can anyone recommend any product for removing soft scratches from my window? They arent deep enough to be able to run your finger nail into so a diy job should be fine provided I can find the right product.

From everything I've researched about this, the answer is a resounding...maybe. It depends on the scratches. If they're deep then not a chance, but the smaller ones can be kinda filled in. That filler WILL come out though.
