Removing air con

Ok, tomorrow I'm having my a/c discharged so I can remove the a/c rad when I fit my THS intercooler, but also wanna remove the a/c pump... Is there any guides to do this? I have a shorter belt... Which I believe you need, if someone can confirm I have the right one...

Anymore pointers? Any coding needed?
