wasnt planning on bringing anything anyways but customs on the train are a joke! drove over on friday and there wasnt anything on either side,

going to dam on the way back so will be leaving the convoy. If anybody else fancys a night in dam then let me know.  :smiley:

This is the trouble with being my own boss, as a designer I have to do the design work as it's why clients come to me, if I subcontracted the work out or employed someone they wouldn't get what they pay me for, and the clients are too valueable for me to pass on them

I promise, if I could I genuinely would, I've been so excited about my first ever circuit, and combined with the lads road trip mischiefs that are bound to happen....  :sad1:

I'm gutted, would love to hook up, just can't this time, next trip though!

....I know exactly what you mean - When you work for yourself you do so 24/7 and you never know when the next job will come along and must do it when you've got it - I did it for nearly 25 years. No regrets at all though - Had some really long breaks and could afford all sorts of holidays etc.

Clients come to you for your talents and not an employee's.

You gotta do The Ring another time though, design-dude! And there will be other times - It's an(other) addiction.
