quick wheel Question

Hi guys, just a quick question,

Will 9" et42 wheels fit ok on my GTI?

anyone had any experience?

Still doesn't really tell me if I'm going to have any issues with hitting struts etc..

You may need to spacers ~3-5mm
car wihout drop as woman without boobs...

8.5 on the fronts without lots of arch work. 9s on a rear is fine. Lowering and tyre dependent

It also depends on the wheel as I tested some rial daytona that were 8.5 et 30 and the fronts could have done with been et40 however the rears stuck out of the arch by about 20mm so looked silly. If you like a lot of poke they would have been fine but poke is not me.

However when awesome gti fitted them on the test they said the wheel with a et40 wouldn't have gone over my calipers. Just be careful is what I'm trying to say.
R32 Recaro bucket seats (individual colour), Golf R MFSW with cream stitching, Cream stitched gear gaitor to match, RNS510, highline cluster, Ko4 turbo, Forge twintercooler, Forge oil catch can & washer bottle, Autotech fuel pump, Neuspeed power pully, S3 injectors, ITG maxogen intake, Red top coil packs, Milltek Full 3" exhaust straight through. AP Coilovers, H & R Anti roll bars, Tarox 10pot calipers front & S3 rear calipers rear.

cheers for the help guys, might just play it safe and wait till i can find some 8/8.5 wides! just means waiting a bit longer thats all  :happy2:
