Just for the sake of it I checked and the driver's side screw was loose....
I had a rattle from the passenger side for about a week. Sounded like the glovebox door was the cause. However when I changed the passenger footwell bulb the other day I remembered to investigate the rattle.
I was sat on the floor outside with the passenger door open, fitting the bulb. I saw the removable panel on the side of the dash/glovebox. It was then I remembered Joes old thread (this one)

Low and behold, the screw was so loose it had almost backed all the way out.
2 of the torx screws were actually loose. I decided to check the drivers side too and yep, top one was loose.
So now I am Rattle free in a nice silent cabin.

Who else thinks it would be great to have a sticky "Rattles" thread? members can add Rattle fixes for others to use. I know quite a few now

Cheers Joe

(Where the hell are you?"
