1 Fault Found:
01314 - Engine Control Module
            013 - Check DTC Memory

did a fault code reset and everything was fine for 10 miles or so, but when I made some progress again, the car went into limp mode and wouldn't do more than 20mph, are the faults connected and do you think it looks like another throttle body victim?????

as you might know i chewed my way through about 5 Throttlebodies, it only ended when i changed the wiring (i changed the complete wiring not only to the TB) actually the wiring is cheaper that the TB's by about 40 percent. Brian at BNAutoteknik has just fitted my last faulty revision Q TB on a 500bhp Cupra and so far it works perfectly even though i got the same faults as you  :stupid:

Over the top mod list ;o)

Shows that your issue was deffo the wiring.

I'm 100% sure all these recent ones have actually been the tb.

I thought the same, but the fault kept comming on the new ones i fitted after different time periods, not that i say it's deffo the wiring, just saying that there might be other reasons for the faults  :happy2:
