Roof aerial qestion

On my 2008 golf iv got the standard whip roof aerial & the rear glass aerial,is it poss to fit the the small stubby oem type either fm or gps types also would i need to run another lead to my rns510....any help or part numbers would great / if anyone is selling either please pm me thanks in advance
