Please help!!

Driving home from AKS and just as I got home decided to open my window.  The drivers window opens, but I have to keep pushing the button to open it, the one touch function has disappeared, it also won't open the passenger window with a one touch, I have to keep my finger on it  :confused: I leant over to the passenger window, pushed the button and it opened with one touch WTF is going on??????  It seems that the driver side has lost the one touch function to open either window  :sad1:
Any ideas??

If so you need to reset the window memory, by holding the button for the window to go down, and the same for the window to come back up, about 4 or 5 times  :wink:

Hi mate it was disconnected  :confused:

What do u mean hold it down?
Do I keep my finger on the button all the way down and all the way up again 5 times?

Hold the window switch down until it's fully down, then hold it up until the window is all the way up, problem should resolve itself  :happy2:

lower the window and hold the switch down for a few seconds, then raise it and hold the switch for few seconds

It's about £100 for the unit; there are non-oem ones on ebay for £40, but apparently these are rubbish. Door skin needs to be removed - there's a guide in the 'how to' thread.
The module itself can possibly be repaired if you're prepared to open it up and use a soldering iron to re-establish any broken connections.

Well after this door module malarkey I couldn't sit and relax so I went to the car  :signLOL:

Legendary info guys, that's why I love this forum.

I followed the instructions from Scopes, Eddie and Jonny and its now all good - thanks again guys  :happy2: :drinking: :happy2:

my one touch works fine, most of the time. sometimes when i want to put my window up i click up and it goes all the way down  :laugh: very annoying.. at least you dont have to wind it up  :grin:
