hi as you know these car rear windows are factory tinted glass does any one know what the genuine tint percentage is thanks

at a guess i would say 50% looking at the difference between front and back on mine.

IIRC its around 30% on a Mk5 GTI or Edition30, pretty dark .  :ahappy2:

You'll find that anything less (percentage wise) is too much, don't forget that the lower the number (percentage), the darker the film/tint. 0% would block out all light and 100% would let all the light in.
