Turbo & Injectors?

iirc james found that the cdl engine needed different fuel mapping compared with his blown k04 bwa engine.

Perhaps you could ask Nick at R-Tech for more info as he did james mapping.

You need your old G247 and old map sensor.

Fueling isnt that much different between the two so the new lump will still run fine.

Gimme a call tomorrow afternoon if you are still stuck.

Iv checked the injectors and they are the right ones. I done a short video of what's happening. It revs to 5500rpm now and then plummet rapidly with backfires the lot. On th video I didn't let of or Chang gear. Any thoughts. I'm gona take it to aks in a couple of weeks anyway but just wana see if anyone has had a similier problem.

How does it drive after that happens?

Does it still drive normal of boost, could you keep doing the same thing over again?

I haven't really kept my foot to the floor as it sounds terrible. Usally it does it and power cuts for a split second and jerks really bad then I let of. But It drives ok until I get upto 5500rpm then it will do the same. It's slowly letting me rev higher as on Thursday it would do it at 4000rpm.

that is odd.  mine was fine when I changed the g247.

I could still trash it but the car had lost power due to the compression ratio.

Mine never did that.  You need to do some logging dude could be fuel cut.

Yep it's strange. It's gota be a sensor or a fuel cut. I need to get it scanned il just wait till Alex gets back I think.

Cheers iv got the right g247 in then so it's not that. Just went out in it again and put my foot down and held it there this time I got cel and epc light on. Also it flashed on mfd that low oil pressure switch engine off immediately. Iv got plenty of oil in it.
