How long ago did the transaction take place? When was he last active on the forum? Have you tried sorting it out by pm?

Cheers guys, I know the vast majority of people are decent.

I've rang him several times, text him and sent him 2 recorded delivery letters as written notice of court proceedings.

is the same muppet that was using ebay to break cars using other peoples photos and hacking accounts...
seem to remember he was breaking vxr's and r32's....
are we just a trustworthy bunch or a little naive to this sort of stuff going on??
