The court process works quicker in your area than everywhere else i know ?? How ?

The Court Bailiff is obliged to visit to collect the outstanding amount , the amount outstanding would be the £200 , Your court fees , The Interest and your £100 to get Bailiffs to deal , they will collect the £300+ in whatever they can find to sell . If he has a car they can seize that even if it is massively over the amount they are collecting .
Next thing would be to get a High court Writ , which costs a minimal amount too . They can't ignore a High Court Sheriff unlike a bailiff .

Getting to work is not a reason not to seize the car , the car is not acxtually taken by the High court , they can seize it officially but still allow you to use it (which sounds odd i know) Finance on a car depends of whats outstanding , sell the car (with finance compant approval , pay the finance and keep the rest to pay the debt (Most people don't have all the cars value on finance)
