Always thought if the car has finance they can't take it or you need the car to get to work

Getting to work is not a reason not to seize the car , the car is not acxtually taken by the High court , they can seize it officially but still allow you to use it (which sounds odd i know) Finance on a car depends of whats outstanding , sell the car (with finance compant approval , pay the finance and keep the rest to pay the debt (Most people don't have all the cars value on finance)

I don't think so.. obviously has a vested interested.

He signed up at 11:47 and within 5 minutes found a year old thread and bumped it for no real reason.
