Apparently there isnt much too them!? But they will all be coming out, along with the seats (again) to have all of the heat proofing and sound deadening removed.. The estimated weight of that stuff is 30kg all in! Crazy eh! Loud but fun! lol..

I am really loving the seats, they look in great nick as well.
surprised they are lighter than stock even without the gubbins. Have you any plans to get them re-trimmed like your first set.

Im planning to have the shells painted in body colour, and the seat trimmed with black alcantara and the black material with rubber dots.. There is a proper name for it lol.. Same as what the E46 CSL seats have..

To be honest that type of stuff will be done once everything else is finished, its a case of getting all of the performance things done and then making everything look pretty..

Defo worth doing, Jonny!  :happy2: 8) :happy2:

It finishes it off and visually unifies that whole central upper and lower grill which is so distinctive on the Mk5 GTI/Ed30.

Otherwise (as your other pic shows) it looks like a piece dropped off your car.

Im thinking that I may vinyl, or paint the visible white area to black, that should make it perfect..
