Candy White Edition30 - Airlift Performance (Big Update)
« on: June 13, 2013, 08:34:50 pm »
Had my Edition for about 2 months now so thought it was about time I make a quick thread.

After searching the net high and low everyday for a few months I finally found what I was looking for! It popped up for sale in Cardiff. Candy White, completely standard and absolutely immaculate! It was owned by a guy in his early 60's who did next to no mileage so only 17k on the clock.

Came with a good few options..

Xenon's
Sunroof
Lux pack
Winter pack
Rear Sensors
Auto lights/wipers
Highline
MFSW
Armrest with iPod dock

Anyway here's some pics...

Had the rear diffuser sprayed satin black. I'm really pleased the way its come out. Think it really makes a difference.

Got some fresh plates, stuck the stubby aerial on and finally got round to giving it a polish and wax.

Plans over the next month are Coilovers, ITG, and wheel refurb. Then after that who knows what will happen

Thanks for looking  :happy2:

Very nice...

I was watching it for sale on Autotrader a good few weeks ago and even made a call to the dealer in Cardiff as it was such low mileage but it was already sold to yourself!!

Bought a lowish mileage black Ed30 a few weeks ago which was going cheap. Like you I'm in the process of sorting out the way I want it.

KW Clubsports and a big brake kit firstly followed by APR Stage 2+ and a diff.
Pearl Black Edition 30 3 Door. DSG. (3rd Edition 30)
Maybe on the too do list: APR Stage 2+, KW Clubsports, Brakes, Diff.

Checking the Internet every few hours paid off!

As soon as I spotted it one evening I emailed them to say id leave a deposit subject to viewing etc. Luckily i did because by the morning they'd had 6 other people wanting to buy it but gave me first refusal.

Sound like you've found yourself a good buy. Plans sound good too!
