Kufatec uk
Grande_GTi:
Guys wanted to share my experince with Kufatec.uk
I recently bored a set of R32 Xenons to fit to my GTi, I considered making a loom up as buying it from Kufatec was working out £57, I then found a set on ebay for £38 delivered from germany and thought I'd go with that, But i then realised that Kufatec.co.uk do a price match, sent them a cheeky email to whether they'd price match ebay and fortunatly they did.
The order arrived the following day, which to be honest I was really impressed by, a week later I realised that the Loom is the bi-xenon wire so I got on the phone to them again yesterday, and they quicky accepted the problem and said they'd send me out another loom free of charge, and by 11 this morning it was delivered to my house.
I have to be honest, Kufatec has been the best company I have dealt with in years all there team have been great and very knowledgable, and the simple fact they resolved the issue straight away goes to show how customer driven they are

Agreed about .de which I use as it is the same stuff...but cheaper.
When I bought a heated seats/lumbar loom for my old car, I sent them a message just flagging up it is only for LHD without being modded, and as they make them up could they not give a RHD option? Anyhow, they apologised, said next time I order they'll give me a discount. A year or so later I bought an OEM style hidden FISCON mic which they sent for the postage costs only :happy2:

did they say whether they would make up a RHD version in future or was it just take it as it is?
skard:
They never said any more about it.
So it'll still need chopped and soldered, or underseat looms swapped over to use it as is.
