Good news, the tsi has improved fuelling system, no need for upgraded HPFP and bigger injectors for this power level.
i might need to find me a tsi soon  :driver:  :jumping:

TSI runs 150 bar standard, the APR and Autotech etc fuel pump options for the FSI only run at 130bar.. And as far as I know the stock TSI injectors can run to 450hp..

Wander if there is a difference between the stock TSI injectors and the K04 TSI injectors as fitted to the Scirocco R etc? They could well be the upgrade injector of choice for FSI engines in the future rather than the RS4's..

Ha.. Well there are options out there for seriously high flow DI injectors but they are motorsport specific items and cost about a grand each.. A little bit more than what I was wanting to pay to be honest lol..

interesting Dan ? I thought 130 was the max requested either  by APR stg1 (non HPFP) or any other software when combined with pump (+HPFP) ?

new TSI certainly seems to have removed all the FSI pump/cam follower issues...but only time will tell

Similarly interesting, Keith at APR US has just confirmed (over on UK-MKVs.net) that all running gear - ARBs, suspension, brakes etc is exactly the same as the MKV, meaning that everything we have now on our cars will cross over to a MKVI.

I love it when a plan comes together...

Just wanted to Add i drove this car in the states last week and omg how quick did this car reach 150 mph, this is a tru flying machine and when it hit 150 mph there was no sign at all of it even thinking about stopping.

My Mk5 DSG stage 3 delivered the power in a completely different way it seemed to feel that it had more kick but i think thats because the DSG drops it a few gears and throws you back, whilst driving this MK6 i was comparing the speed gains... this car was verocious in how quick it got to 150mph, I do believe the Mk6 is even quicker.

 APR have also built APR Stage III - Supercopa Killer - GTI Racecar build watch the video ... watch the mph needle and how quick this baby gets there even more so check the 50 to 100mph

APR say thats a $38,000 engine apparently?? Would love to know where they come up with there pricing structure!? Thats a similiar price to some full spec GT2 engines..

And, 430whp from a little over 20psi on a GT2871R.. Hmm...  :confused:

Great, K04 power and torque figures for GT30+ money!  :happy2:

Looks nice though! Like the look of the MK6 a lot!!

The exhaust manifold is GT25 flanged so turbo's can be upgraded whence we offer matching ecu calibrations.  The kit is made to be modular and is a starting point for those that wish more power than currently achieved.  The future for this platform will bring 1-2 larger turbo options that will drop right in with this Stage 3 as the basis.

This kit makes more power than the only currently available 2.0 TSI ko4 kit at all rpm points.  Overlays of dyno graphs show this kit quite handily dispatching a ko4 car.

Unfortunately GT30's won't make more power than this kit except at higher boost, more than 24 psi, than the oem map sensor limit.  Future upgrades to larger turbo's require fueling to be developed which we are in process of and a map sensor upgrade to allow more boost than 24 psi without running off the ecu's ability to properly control.

I wonder if those are whp or bhp?

BHP makes it similar to the mkv

WHP would make it 425bhp ish.........in which case, has it got uprated internals?......if not it is probably 370bhp :wink:

The posted graph is a conservative BHP.  The car consistently makes an uncorrected 330-340whp and 350-360wtrq.
