If I do another it'll get deleted. The other is still locked so I can't update. No contact about this. If I can't update anything/promote it, what's the point.

Ah yeah it still is, was looking at the wrong one.

Maybe ask them if we delete this one they can unlock the other one?

If not then maybe edit this one to reflect the new details?

There seems to be a lot of confusion in these threads about locking them. First off there is no reason why anyone would lock these threads other than by mistake. I might have locked it by mistake using my I-pad but to be honest i dont read any of these meeting threads. I have just checked the logs and the op himself has removed the new thread pertaining to this meet and locked it himself twice probably by mistake, if you go to another thread after posting on this one you wont know it has been locked or removed. I went and found the original thread on the second page of the section and unlocked it this morning.  We have had cases in the past were threads have disappeared on been locked and the logs on the server have shown no evidence of any mods or the ops touching them.    So if a thread is locked and you don't know why just send us a PM and i will sort it for you.

Regarding the original meet at South Mimms, I was wondering if anyone has had the latest letter from 'Parking Eye'?? I got one through the post this morning, recorded deliery. Apparently I have got another 14days to pay the £100 fine/charge, how generous. If I dont then they will take me to court and so on.

I'll pm you in a bit. They gave up on me in march. They seem to think the legislation supports them and that they can issues county court papers. Still not the case.

I'll do a pm in the morning to all you lovely people who have 'The Letter'. Dw, still file ATM. Still don't need to do anything per se yet. Should be said that parking eye are automatically putting All their 'charges' through like this. That's nearly 1000 a day. You still won't need to pay anything but the approach is slightly different. We'll sort this!!
