I should think you need camber adjustment mate.. Alot of the boys on here run that width on 18's but not sure on 19's

I run the same but 18's with 215/35/18 (Quite a bit of stretch at the back) and im lowered all the way on coilovers, perfect fittement for the golf on 18's (Not sure if this will help you at all
)
