Something stuck? Sounds like mine did (thread on here about caliper). Could be small so only here when car moving slowly?
VCDS cable HEX-USB+CAN. New but can do the basics including coding

May sound daft but does this happen at around 1800 revs or so..? Even if stood still? My 1.6 fsi has a noise that sounds similar to yours and it is my air intake that vibrates but when someone else presses the throttle and I put a bit of pressure on the top of it with my hand or something the noise stops.. Could be the same thing so give that a try and have a look at that..

Nah its only when moving slowly i tried the brakes but its not that it almost sounds like driveshafts rubbing on something like a dry bearing noise if that makes sense

Manual. It's not clutch it's when the car is moving even out of gear at very low speeds

Try driving at the same slow speed going full lock to lock (in large open space) to see if the noise stops in either direction.

Double check the rear brakes cause it sounds more like a lazy handbrake cable!

It's from the front end sound like its down by the driveshafts/ gearbox in the center

Cv joints normal just click under full lock when failing.

Wheel bearing - check for play but normal signs are at speed and when not at speed they tend to be well worn so have plenty free play!
