Yeah the costs might be up there but how many dsg box failures have there been? Especially out of warranty? Anyone aware?

Mine failed.

It is probably rare to have all 3 replaced and I would say Mechatronics was the most likely to malfunction.

I was offered 70% goodwill on the gearbox and 40% goodwill on the DMF.

MK6 with 53k...

Trust me, I will be making sure my warranty IS worth the paper it is written on! I am also gona try for extended warranty as the amount of mucking about this whole thing has caused me is ridiculous!!
