Don't think those wheels are made anymore, but they were VW Racing.

They sell these now, which look like Team Dynamics:

Done a bit of googling and those wheels were made by a company called flashpoint and it seems they aren't made any more so I'll have to find an alternative! May just have to stick to my original idea of Compomotives
