I think it's keyed not to sure, what do you lot think caused it? I'm gonna collect the touch up paint from VW tomorrow have a go at that. Otherwise what products do you all suggest ?

It looks too deep for just a touch up pen, might have to get the whole panel resprayed

looks like something brushed passed it, maybe zip off a handbag, someone leaning something against your car etc etc

Looks like that it's down to the primer, is there a lip when you run your finger nail across it?

You have two options either respray the panel or fill with touch up paint, wet sand flat and then machine polish. Not for the faint hearted but what have you got to lose? See link below. There are a couple of good threads on detailing world also.

Doesn't look keyed to me- almost look like a scratch inflicted by a sponge/mitt and a bit of grit in there somewhere.
