I'm wondering if any MK5 owners have tried out the Falken 453's on their cars. I've done a search and heard some good things about the 452's but according to my searchs on here and elsewhere it looks like they're about to discontinued.

My local fitters whom I've used on all my cars are offering £252 all in fitted on standard alloys.

I've also had to option to have a full geometry for £95 on the Golf done for extra on a proper Hunter machine, is it worth just sticking to the stock settings on dialing a new set of geometry into the car.

I used to run an highly modified MX5 and an RX7 and when I changed the geometry it transformed the car.

My Golf is '05 and completely stock alloys that come with the car, it's got about 42K on the clock now.
