My Dad is after a car in the auction so we went to the preview of the sale today.

Some nice cars, some great cars and then there are truly stunning cars including a £4million Maserati and world famous Juan Manuel Fangio’s Mercedes-Benz W196 F1 race car, valued at £10million plus. Bring on the auction, will update with the actual, achieved prices if anyone's interested.

Mercedes-Benz W196 - value £10,000,000

The Mercedes-Benz W196 competed in the 1954 and 1955 Formula One seasons and won 9 out of the 12 races it entered while being driven by Juan Manuel Fangio and Stirling Moss. As a result, it was the winning car in two drivers’ championships.
