And the award for the most jubilee clips used in an intake system goes too..........

That piece of foam being used to section off the intake area looks a bit ghetto??

Apart from that it looks nice, like the idea of running large diameter pipe work to the MAF housing.. Is it 89 or 102mm??

^^^ Agreed the foam is the main temp part of the kit and is being remade and covered with an aluminum plate.

Jesus that silicone hose from the filter is bl**dy huge. my question is where is the cold air for the intake goin to come from. it looks as if that bit of square foam is going to block the cold air coming in from the grill or am i being a mong???

The cold air is drawn from the wing and the large void below the headlight.

Andy at ITG hurt my brain explaining the various reasons why they choose to do it his way  :rolleye:

Yeah, im sure it will work very well.. The guys at ITG know there stuff!!

The forge intake draws cool air from both the OEM scoop and the wheel arch..

I have tried but all I have is the voice recorder on the iPhone and it picks up next to nothing.  :sad1:

I will get one of the guys at the weekend to film it when I am up t'north at the Awesome open day.

It does make three great noises, as the turbo starts to spool it's like darth vader breathing  Lift off mid boost you get lots of chatter (which is my favorite noise)  :jumping: Also you can really hear the DV modulating the boost when your pushing on with a logging run  :happy2:

A few weeks, they have the main parts in stock for 25 kits, they just need to complete the bracket designs (to get rid of 2 of the clips) and the alu plated foam cowling.

A tuner up north will be getting a kit shortly to complete some before and after dyno testing too  :happy2:

From have I remember of your's it's about the same but slightly different.

The alu pipework gives it a slightly more raw sound if that makes sense
