Re - DomT's question.

Previously I saw peak airflow readings @ WOT in 3rd of 246g/s with the stock airbox and pipercross panel.

With the ITG and revised Revo settings (B8-T5-F6) I have on a couple of occasions seen low to mid 260's g/s, today with the ambient of 26.5c this was down to 257g/s peak @ WOT.

Why such a rich fuel value?

Did you log your lambda with that setting?

I don't know with the k04 set up but with the k03's the revo recommended setting is F9.

Interesting as that setting was also used on Gaz's S3 at vortex...

JKM set my Revo settings up when I had my HPFP fitted and after a few dyno runs of logging AFR found that a setting of 6 for fuel ensured optimum AFR on the car.

....Although my GTI is a K03 Revo2 (not 2+) and on stock FP, the AFR is important and JKM adjusted my setting to F7.

Each car is slightly different and we each have very differing combinations of mods.

Interesting comments about the fuel settings recommended.
My edition 30 is stage 2 (soon to be stage2+), currently its set to f9 as I was told this keeps things nice and cool.

Having a fuel setting of 9 actually does exactly the opposite, it heats things up!

A fuel setting of 9 means you will be running a leaner AFR which in turn means your EGTs (Exhaust Gas Temperature) are going to be higher.

When you are running pump sw (stage 2+) it gives you the ability to run a slightly richer AFR because the upgraded fuel pump can run at a higher rail pressure up to 130.

Not sure if these will work but here are a couple of sound clips

Clip 2

Should give you an idea of some of the noises it makes

EDIT - Don't click these links if you are incapable of using a computer, they are in m4a format (taken from the voice recorder on my iPhone), so will try to open in iTunes
