Tell me about your squeaks...

Ok I have a demonstrable squeak coming from my engine bay... basically on a slight decline if i try and reverse up the slope with handbrake slightly on to create more resistance and bring the clutch in slowly on low revs letting the revs die more I get an annoying squeak...

Anyone had similar and what was it... booked in next friday to have it investigated further as the garage weren't able to hear it, till i got there to collect and demonstrate it...

Mine makes a squeek if I pull off with low revs with the air con on, if the air con is off its fine

I have this squeal at low revs also, haven't tried to pull away with air con off though.  I'd like to know what's causing it.

Possibly corrosion on the brake disc or discs (inboard side) could cause than - or a sticky pad!

My ED30 started about 6 days ago with a really annoying rattle/vibration which sounds like it's some where in the cabin/dash area?. Tried everything I can think off but no joy. Only does it on tick over, soon as you set off it stops  & when engine is running & you get out the car it cant be heard so def on the inside .  Doing my head in now!!!!!!. :rolleye:

used to have a squeak near the glove box--but sorted it now
