PCV check valves

Can anyone tell me if the PCV 06F129101N has spring loaded check valves?

PCV 06F129101P has these, but you need to replace the rear breather tube to one with a check valve (depending on the car build date).

I'm trying to decide whether to go with N or P revision. My car was registered in March 07, but I have no idea of the build date. Thanks
