really? is that over a fairly long commute as i guessed would be low 20's urban cycle?

One big motorway run a week (80-100ish mph) and then 5 days of hilly 17 mile commutes each way. Cruising at 40-60 with odd blast when traffic allows.....

It is the N55 engined car (same as M135i)

os is the 335i a lot more tuneable than the M3 then because its twin turbo, forced induction?
Diamond Black Pearl Edition 30, still going strong but now back to Stg 1

M3 isnt that tuneable its already over 100bhp per litre! Bit heavier than 335 as well. Latest N55 engine is single turbo but twin scroll. Pulls from 1500rpm up to redline. Previous N54 twin turbo is awesome also and probably little more tuneable. Have a bit of an issue with waste gates though.

Tuning to 360/370 is simple with just a remap. Add downpipes intercooler etc and you have 400/400

Brakes are awesome as standard. If you go more power though you may want an LSD and M3 rear subframe is good mod.

3-5k would get you a car on par with an M3 but with half the running costs.... Although you dont get that AMAZING M3 NA engine obviously!

Focus RS
Or M135i for me, although I think it will be the RS first because I want one while they are relatively new, I don't think they will stand the time test that well

Yes of course I am, so all brakes are awesome in comparison

Honestly don't think you need anything more impressive for road use though (with decent tyres)

Porsche Cayman S for me, or Turbo if they release one. I have 3 years to save up for it as I don't plan on owning a new car whilst I live in London (next 3 years)
