lamin-x headlight tint

Was thinking o buying some
Any of you guys used it?
How easy it to fit?
I wanted to used the smoked one but wondered if it would be ok next mot?
Any advice I would be grateful. and any photos would be a right bonus  :signLOL:

did mine in the subtle tint.. no issues with MOT



pretty easy to install... found it easier to take the lights out to do it...

bit of messing to get em out... kit needs to be unscrewed but nothing too hard... just wet sanded, polished and applied the fil :happy2:

My car, sorry it's not a golf but gives a good view with lamin-x headlight next to normal. Tint is light

Wet sanded? How comes?
Where did you get your kit from? Was it pre cut?

wet sanded the lights and then polished them as they needed a bit of love... then had a couple of sheets of laminx from ryan @ funkmotor sports there was enough to also do the fogs and wing mirror repeaters...

Make sure you have a hair dryer handy, to make the film easy to shape :happy2:
