Looking at buying a kayak, pyranha i3 from 2004

The guys wanting £250
This includes,
Kayak
Paddle
'Storage' spray deck
Winter spray deck
Shortie wetsuit
Long wetsuit
Neoprene shoes
Helmet
Bouancy aid

Is it worth it?!

Also... I'd be using it in the sea.... I know it's a river one but would it be fine on the sea and lakes???
